  • There is no basic salary but a starting allowance of RM800 for your expenses to develop customers, you will enjoy an attractive commission scheme on a realistic target, your monthly income could reach RM5,000 and confirm as permanent employee within 1st year and continue to accumulate toward monthly RM12,000 within 2nd years.
  • Job Description:
  • Learn digital products services, go to market, research and identify potential clients, i.e: shopping malls, offices, hotels, hospitals, airports, properties developers and local city councils (PBT : Datuk Bandar, YDP) etc. for potential demand.
  • Creating strategic papers/plan of the specific market segmentation, top key customers, competitors & landscape overview, formulate strategies to execution for results.
  • Networking & identify targeted decision makers, get appointments, follow-up list of opportunities, build pipeline for short- and long-term orders/contracts, anticipation.
  • Capable to network, lobby and interact with customers to identify and unlock hidden value creation potential, influence and promote digital transformation, demonstrate facts & figures, differentiations on impactful financial & operational benefits
  • Site visits assessments, listen and understand customer’s requirements, status quo, competitors, customer’s pain points, formulate proposal or submit to “Request for proposal, RFP”. Participate in open tender biddings to closure, go, no-go, risks mitigation.
  • Develop and maintain long term, foster healthy and sustainable customer’s relationships management· Reflection on rejection by customers, ask +ve or -ve feedback and do continuous improvement.
  • Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers
  • Coordinate with team on RFP, contract terms, delivery & installation, system Go-Lives!
  • Multi-tasking, other cross functional tasks to be assigned from time to time.
