  • Job Descriptions:
  • Customer’s site visit, understand overall design, operational perspective of the site.
  • Guide, coach and mentor, motivate and support team towards KPI, goal objectives.
  • Oversee end-to-end car park/toll revenue collections/transactions to settlements.
  • Manage “command centre” helpline customer’s services, attend to resolve problems.
  • Lead team, organization design, recruit, develop and retain talent with succession plan.
  • Set Key Performance Indicators, achievable but challenging targets to grow revenue.
  • Regular business review, feedback, and taking actions closing gap to achievements.
  • Establish and improve operating standard procedures SOP, policies and processes.
  • From order intake to delivery and installation, Go-live and after sales services, quality.
  • Manage business within budget and overall operating cost, risks mitigation.
  • Continuous improvement with sustainable development.
  • Job Qualifications :
  • Non-Degree holders, but with few years working experience especially in car park (off street) for shopping malls, properties developer, Hotels, Hospital, Offices, Airports, and on-street parking for local councils, are welcome to apply. /li>
